Order Processing

Order processing time can take up to 1-3 business days
An email notification will be sent out with an order status update
If a change in your order needs to to be updated, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the type of update, if your order has not yet been processed or packed we will be able to update it.

We offer a flat rate of $5.65 for shipping no matter how many magnets or sets you order
We ship most orders by Chit Chats or Stallion Express - tracking numbers will be provided
For Ontario destinations it can take up to 2-3 business days for the order to be delivered and outside of Ontario expectant delivery timeline is 3-6 business days.
As of now, we will not be accepting any orders outside of Canada, that also includes the US.

We now offer local delivery at a flat of $3.60 based on the shipping address postal code
Our local delivery is not applicable to apartments and or P.O. Boxes. If the shipping address is to be found to be an apartment and or P.O. Boxes delivery will be prolonged and additional charges will be requested. Completion of the delivery will not be made until the additional charges are fully paid off
Local delivery could take up to 3-4 business day contactless delivery between 10am-6pm.
